We design and build products people trust.
Greyframe partners with founders and product teams to turn early ideas into precise, well-engineered digital experiences — from the first wireframe to the metrics dashboard that tells you it worked.
A small studio built for focused work.
We're a team of twenty-two designers, engineers, and strategists who care about the details most teams don't have time for. No account managers, no hand-offs between agencies — the people who plan your product are the people who build it.
- One senior team from kickoff to launch, no rotating staff
- Design and engineering sit in the same room, every sprint
- Fixed-scope phases with clear, weekly deliverables
Four disciplines, one team.
Every engagement draws on the same core capabilities, scaled to the size of the problem.
Product strategy
We define what to build before anyone opens Figma — audience, positioning, and success metrics locked in.
UX & UI design
Interfaces built on real information architecture — wireframes, prototypes, and a system that scales.
Engineering
Production web and mobile builds — performant, accessible, and handed over with clean documentation.
Brand systems
Identity, voice, and visual language — built to hold up across product, marketing, and pitch decks.
Growth & analytics
Instrumentation and experimentation frameworks so you know what's working within days, not quarters.
Ongoing partnership
Retainer support after launch — a standing team for iteration, maintenance, and new features.

Discover
We interview stakeholders and users, audit what exists, and define the problem in writing before any design begins.
Week 1–2 · Research & scopingDefine
Findings become a scoped brief: information architecture, success metrics, and a fixed set of deliverables.
Week 2–3 · StrategyDesign
Wireframes move to high-fidelity screens and a component system, reviewed with you at the end of every week.
Week 3–7 · UX & UIBuild
Engineers work from the approved design system, with staging environments you can test throughout.
Week 6–12 · EngineeringLaunch & support
We handle deployment, monitor the first weeks in production, and hand over full documentation.
Week 12+ · LaunchWhat partners say.
Greyframe rebuilt our onboarding flow in six weeks and our activation rate hasn't dipped since. They write documentation like they expect to be gone tomorrow — which made the handoff painless.
We came in with a rough idea and left with a working platform and a brand we still use unchanged three years later. Rare to find a team that's equally strong at both.
The weekly checkpoints kept everyone honest about scope. Nothing shipped that we hadn't already reviewed, and nothing surprised us at launch.
Technologies we build with.
Frequently asked.
What size of company do you typically work with?
Mostly seed-to-Series-C startups and growth-stage teams inside larger companies — organizations that need senior product thinking but don't have a full in-house team yet.
How long does a typical project take?
Brand and design-only engagements usually run 4–8 weeks. Full product builds — strategy through launch — typically take 10–16 weeks depending on scope.
Do you work with early-stage startups without funding?
Yes, selectively. We take on a small number of pre-seed projects each year, usually in exchange for a mix of reduced fees and advisory equity.
Can you work with our existing in-house team?
Regularly. We can embed with your engineers, hand off a design system for your team to build from, or run as a fully independent delivery team — whatever fits your setup.
What does pricing look like?
Fixed-scope projects are priced per phase after discovery. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer with a dedicated block of hours. We'll send a detailed proposal after our first call.
