These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our physical premises, website, online ordering platforms, and culinary services. By visiting our restaurant or accessing our digital platforms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Cafe Madhuram.

By browsing our website, placing an order (online or offline), booking a table, or consuming food prepared by Cafe Madhuram, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these legal terms, you must refrain from using our digital platforms and restaurant services immediately.

Our online services and digital ordering portals are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Minors under the age of 18 may only use our platforms under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order on our platform, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that all registration and payment details provided by you are true, accurate, and complete.

Cafe Madhuram takes immense pride in offering 100% Pure Vegetarian Authentic Andhra Cuisine. We adhere strictly to traditional recipes, premium spice blends, pure ghee preparation, and stringent FSSAI food safety protocols.

• Menu Availability: All dishes featured on our menu are subject to real-time availability of fresh ingredients. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.
• Visual Representation: Images of food items displayed on our website, social media, or digital menus are for illustrative purposes only. Actual serving presentations, garnishes, and portion aesthetics may slightly vary.
• Spice Levels: Authentic Andhra cuisine is naturally rich in traditional spices and heat. Customers are encouraged to request customized spice levels where applicable at the time of ordering.

Table reservations made online, via telephone, or through third-party platforms are subject to table availability and confirmation by Cafe Madhuram.

• Grace Period: Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. Beyond this period, the reservation may be automatically cancelled to accommodate waiting guests.
• Peak Hours & Festivals: During weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons, dining slots may be subject to time limits (e.g., 45–60 minutes per table) to ensure seamless seating for all patrons.

When placing direct delivery or takeaway orders through our website or third-party delivery partners (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato):

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, landmark, and contact number. Cafe Madhuram is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact information.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and influenced by external conditions such as traffic, weather, distance, and kitchen peak demand.
• Takeaway Collection: Takeaway orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the designated pick-up time to guarantee optimal food temperature and freshness.

All prices quoted on our menus and online ordering systems are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Goods & Services Tax (GST): Applicable Central GST (CGST) and State GST (SGST) or Integrated GST (IGST) will be charged on all food, beverages, and service packaging in accordance with Indian tax laws.
• Payment Options: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), digital wallets, and approved online payment gateways.
• Price Modifications: Cafe Madhuram reserves the right to modify prices, packaging charges, or delivery fees at any time without advance notice.

Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food, our cancellation and refund rules are strictly structured:

• Order Cancellations: Online delivery or takeaway orders may only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order. Once food preparation has commenced in our kitchen, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Quality or Missing Items: In the rare event of missing items or quality concerns, customers must notify our team within 1 hour of receipt along with clear photograph evidence. Valid claims will be compensated via replacement, credit voucher, or account refund.
• Refund Timelines: Approved digital refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business working days.

Ingredients such as dairy (ghee, paneer, curd), cashews, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, wheat (gluten), and distinct South Indian spices are frequently used in our food preparations. If you have severe allergies, lactose intolerance, or specific dietary restrictions, you MUST inform our team prior to ordering. Cafe Madhuram cannot be held liable for adverse allergic reactions where specific instructions were not communicated.

When dining at our outlets or interacting with our digital channels, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior toward our restaurant staff, delivery partners, or fellow diners.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, compromise, or introduce malicious software code into our website infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, web scraping tools, or bots to collect menu data or intellectual assets from our platform.
• Outside food, alcoholic beverages, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited inside Cafe Madhuram premises.

All content published on www.cafemadhuram.com—including brand logos, brand names ("CAFE MADHURAM"), recipes, menu designs, photography, graphics, UI layouts, and trade dress—is the exclusive intellectual property of Cafe Madhuram protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Cafe Madhuram, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your reliance on website content, technical disruptions, or service downtime.
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure events, severe weather, or third-party logistics partners.
• Unforeseen physical injury or allergic reactions occurring despite standard food preparation safety practices.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms, dining services, or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
